How to join featureclass data based on a predefined relationship class? The option does not seem to exist in ArcPro as it did in ArcMap.

That option doesn't currently exist in ArcGIS Pro so it might be helpful to submit this on the ArcGIS Ideas site so that we can get a better sense for demand and use cases. We've tracked and implemented a number of ArcMap equivalency issues through Ideas...
For now, you could just look at the relationship class' properties and use those to create the join in the Add Join tool:
