I have installed ArcGIS for server and Portal for ArcGIS. I have also installed 2 instances of the web adaptor. One is called arcgis which I stalled on port 80 and configured with ArcGIS for server. Other one is called portal installed on port 443 and I am trying to configure with the portal. I am getting the configure page to come up and then when I chose portal to ArcGIS to configure, I am getting a 404 error. I want to know if anyone has a solution for this?
Did you set up your firewall exceptions?

I'd try to reinstall. It sounds like the install of the Web Adaptor did not go through correctly.
