Symbology Line Fill / Marker Fill for GRID Raster Data

Question

Hello Everybody,

I have a GRID Raster with 8 Bit Integer Cell Values ranging from 1 to 4. I would like to change the symbology using Line Fill and/or Marker Fill accessed via "Symbol Selector" -> "Edit Symbol" -> Type: Line Fill Symbol".

This doenst seem to work: The the values are simply filled with the color I chose the lines or points to be in. Is "Line Fill" simply not possible with GRID Raster data or am I doing something wrong?

When symbolizing a raster only the cell colors can be defined.

You could convert your raster to polygons and apply the symbology you want.
