Thumbnail images - are not showing up

I am trying to configure the Story Map app. I am using a hosted version in my ArcGIS online account. The problem that I have is that the thumbnail images just won't display, no matter what i do. The main images are showing up just fine(please see attached screen shot). All images are coming from facebook account.

Happy to hear you were able to find a workaround. If you need to return to using your own hosted images, try changing the urls to use all forward slashes (http://gis.marioncountyfl.org/StoryMaps/HistoricSites/Thumbnail/UnionStation_now.jpg).

Hi,
I tried on different kind of Facebook album but I can't reproduce.
Wasn't it a temporary issue with Facebook?

Is there something specific to the album you are trying to use?
Please share your tour publicly and copy the link here or by private message and I will take a look.

Hi, Thank you for the reply. I have figured it out. The facebook was not an issue. The issue was that the "thumbnail" field in the attribute table was not properly formatted. After i created a new field, and republished the service that fixed the problem.

Hello Gregory,

I am having a similar issue with the thumbnail images not showing up in the Shortlist Beta version template. I am not using an attribute with a link to the image... i am using an image link from the shortlist configuration. The link is an image that is hosted on our server. The regular image shows up fine but the thumbnail is not there.

Sorry, that's strange, could you share your shortlist? Or maybe try to reproduce on a new shortlist so I can take a look?
