Why map.enableSnapping in IE10 not useful

         Hello, I have a question to ask you,please lost several minutes ,thanks very much.

     the code:

            map.enableSnapping({

            snapPointSymbol : pointSymbol,

            tolerance : 20,

            snapKey : dojo.keys.CTRL

           });

     the  function  is  useful in foxfire , but not useful in IE10
