Ignored LAS files being imported into LASD

Hello all,
I am attempting to load ~3,500 LAS tiles into one LASD, but I keep getting "One or more invalid or unsupported LAS files were ignored." I am uncertain why this is the case. Most files have numeric names (e.g. 38577.las, but some are LID2007_081730_N.las), are LAS v. 1.0 or 1.2, and range in size from 9 MB to ~300 MB. What might be causing the error?

You can add v1.0 LAS files in one LAS Dataset, v1.2 LAS files add in another LAS Dataset.
v1.0 and v1.2 LAS files is different by the ASPRS standarts. The problem could be this.
