Data Sources for Peru

I am looking for data for a map project in Peru.

Specifically I am looking for:
- watersheds, streams, rivers, lakes
- elevation or hillshade
- roads
- spot heights
- populated places

Data at about 50K and 1M would be ideal.

It is in E00 Format so you will need to convert it to shapefile or geodatabase
