labels (map service) didn't show up on ipad/arcgis app

Hi all,

I have created an arcgisonle map with a label layer (map service) in it. The labels showed up on arcgis.com on my desktop browser. But when I open that map on ipad ArcGIS app. The labels disappeared.

Is it a bug?
