Help with reconcile error

Does anyone know what causes this error and what the solution may be?

This version could not be reconciled
OnDelete message to object returned failure[DBO.featureclass]
The feature is deleted

I am getting this error now, did you find a solution for this?

This error could be due to a number of things, the best way to track down these types of errors is to work with Technical Support on this issue so they can attempt to reproduce the issue.  If this is due to a bug, they'll submit the issue to Development so we can evaluate it.  Knowing what release and Service Pack you're using to Reconcile is also important, as we fix issues with Reconcile at Service Packs and releases.
