How can i customize existing legend in web appbuilder to be interactive?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to customize my legend in order for its items to be clickable. I have found a very interesting configurable app template with this functionnality implemented in it but I can't seem to find a way to reproduce the same behavior.

Could you tell me please if it is possible to do it in web appbuilder v2.4 based application?
