.fls files?

hi - I'm a total newbie here trying to open .fls associated files in any ArcGIS component. Is there a version compatibility problem with ArcView? Thanks!

ArcGIS natively supports DWG and DGN files CAD files.

Are these FLS files FARO's lidar files?  As I understand it, the FLS is a proprietary FARO format, not a typical CAD format.  You may want to re-ask this question in the 3d Analyst or even the City Engine forums.
