Arcade expression in Arcgis Portal

Hi,

I'm using for Arcgis Portal. I'm a newbie to ARCADE expressions.  I'd like to develop a arcade expression, to pop up an attribute , based on the intersection of three layers in the web map. I could not find "FeatureSetByName" function in Configure pop up for building arcade expression.

I'd like to know whether building arcade expression has any limitations to work on Arcgis Portal .

Portal 10.7.1: the function is available.

Which version of Portal are you using? According to the Version Matrix, you have to be running 10.7 or higher to utilize the FeatureSetbyName function (introduced in version 1.5 of Arcade)
