Problem when converting shape to kml please help!

Question

Hi there. I'm converting a polygon shape to kml. When opening in Google Earth some zones are empty. I tried doing complete zoom in ArcGIS before converting but still have the same problem. Please anybody know what could be the problem and how to solve it?

I get the same problem. 
Just after I installed the Geoprocessing Background 64 bits.
I am using 10.8.1
Do you know how to kix it?
