Mobile web view not working well

Question

When I go to our organization page (http://larimer.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html) on an Android or iPhone device, this is what I see.  See attached Android Screenshot.  Sometimes I can grab that blue line at the bottom and pull it up and see our featured maps... but most of the time not so much. Should I not be going to this page on mobile devices?  If not, what is the correct page?

The actual maps themselves work great on Android and iPhone devices, but this initial "home" page seems borked.

Mike, Can you also have a look at the "featured maps" area not displaying the maps?  That area below the blue line comes up blank about 90% of the time.  I should see about 5 "featured maps" in that area and they are public.

I can see the problem on my iPhone. It looks like there's some extra white space above the gallery of maps. I can scroll along the right edge of the screen. We'll have to take a look.
