ArcGIS Online Featured content group different for public/named users

Question

I'm new to ArcGIS Online.  On my organization's home page I can share some featured content using a "Featured Content" group.  Can the home page for my org. display different content depending on whether a logged-in named user is looking at it or a member of the public?

Users will only see what has the proper sharing level for them to see. For example if you share a web map that is only shared with your organization and another web map that is shared with everyone a user who is not logged in will only see the web map shared with everyone. If they were to log in then they would see both web maps.
