Live Stream Gauges (https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=704fcc5841f340cab8b6e9f47bc684d7) is missing several USGS gauges compared to the NWIS (USGS Water Services). For example gauge 12433000 (Station ID US12433000 in the ESRI version) is missing.
This service is in the process of getting modernized by the Live Feeds and Environment teams, and those gauges will be represented in the new service. The new service should go public in a week or so.
