Disable slider notch in JS API animation

Hello. I have a JS application similar to this sample: https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/sample-code/visualization-vv-color-animate/live/index.html

I just want to be able to disable the users ability to grab the slider notch and drag it to a new position. I am using JS API Version 4.11.

Add the disabled attribute to the input slider
