Configure Map - Data Sources

Question

ArcGIS Desktop Advanced 10.2
.NET Framework 4.5
Windows 7 SP1 64 bit

When we create a new single display operation view, and choose a map that is in our "my content", when I get to the Configure Map part of the wizard, I can see the data sources, but they are grayed out and I can't select the check boxes at all.

On the Capabilities tab, I can select things though.

What does this mean?

Found the answer...  My feature service is hosted in 10.0.
