Convert Creator to Field Worker

Hi,

We would like to convert the Creator (Formerly Level 2) to Field Worker, can this be done by an administrator in ArcGIS Online?

If you have field worker user types available then an administrator can make this change. You can check if you have them available on the organization page > licenses tab. If you don't see any field worker user types available you'll need to work with your account manager.

Your account manager will need to assist you with that process.

I'm looking to convert existing ones, since we bought them before the license model update.
