ArcGIS Idea - Streaming Layer should be part of all the Runtime APIs
Could you perhaps delete all but one of your duplicate posts. You use the Share option to the right to share one post to many places rather than post individually. You will end up potentially with multiple unlinked answers rather than answers consolidated to one place from multiple streams.
Eric Bader has answered that this should be part of Quartz Update (https://community.esri.com/thread/169096#571129). I shared his answer with the Native Developers Group because I think all APIs are going to implement this.
