SFV 1.3 - adding arcIMS support

I added arcims support from this post: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/6775-Adding-a-secured-ArcIMSMapServiceLayer-to-the-sample-flex-viewer?highlight=sample+1.3+arcims

Attempting to consume a noaa IMS service(http://nowcoast.ncd.noaa.gov/help/mapservices.shtml?name=mapservices), but the the error below:
  

ReferenceError: Error #1069: Property RESPONSE not found on String and there is no default value.
 at Function/<anonymous>()

Is there anything wrong with my configuration?

It looks like you're trying to connect to a WMS service, not an ArcIMS service.
