Unable to reach REST endpoint - proxy authentication required

Question

I am unable to reach the ArcGIS Online's REST endpoint in Blend 4.  Getting the following response from the server:  (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services

I am, however, able to get to that same endpoint via IE 7.  Are there any proxy settings in Blend 4 that need to be configured?  I haven't been able to find anything that allows me to do this inside Blend.

Sorry, I'm not aware of any way to configure Blend to use your proxy settings.

Are you on an internal network that requires a proxy configuration?
Will it work if you are outside that network?

Morten - sorry for the delay in replying.  I was out of the office.  The answer is yes to both questions.  I opened a Tech Support request (848823) and they are unable to reproduce it.  I can get to Bing Map services just fine and use the basemaps with no problems whatsoever.  I can also reach the endpoint using Internet Explorer.  This only seems to be an issue inside EB 4.
