world imagery - min scale

Question

can the minimum scale be overridden?

I'm using World_Imagery (MapServer)  as a Dynamic Layer (I'm mixing Spatial resolution reverted to Dynamic within my Silverlight code) but the min scale is too high on this service (5.9)

I'm, not concerned with image quality being poor, I just want to ignore the min scale.

any suggestions or another imagery to use.

I'm not sure if someone read this and made a change, but thank-you.

the World Imagery, being used as a Dynamic Service, now seems to stay visible at all scale ranges.
