How to get Group Layer for WMS??

Question

Can you help me with this. I need my group layers to have a tag in my WMS service, currently they only have a tag Do you have got any clue of how this could be done?? I am working with people that are using GeoServer and MapServer and they have this by default. Greetings from Iceland

I am still having problem with this. When i copy the XML from the original WMS service and use it as an external capability file my group layers have don´t appear (see attachment). Do you have any clue of what I could do to make this work? [ATTACH=CONFIG]24759[/ATTACH]

I found out why i could not connect to my external capability file, I did not include this in it: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

You can use a custom capabilities file:

do you know where it is best to store the external capability file? is it on the arcgis server himself?
