I would like to publish a webmap application. The application includes widget for geoprocessing and analysis. To pay for this service if a browser uses the webapplication?

Is the application using a service hosted in ArcGIS Online, like a spatial analysis tool? If so, the user who is signed into the application will be charged the credit rate according the chart that Derek posted. If the geoprocessing task is hosted on your local server, then you won't be charged credits as this is hosted on your own infrastructure.
