Compare feature classes

Hello everyone,

I need to compare  the same feature class from 2 different FGDB to find all the differences: new records, deleted records and updated records (attributes with different values).

How do you recommend to do that using Model Builder or Python.

Compares two feature classes or layers and returns the comparison results. Feature Compare can report differences with geometry, tabular values, spatial reference, and field definitions
