anybody else experience this issue, I did the following * Updated 10.3 to 10.4* server * portal * web adaptor but when I attempt to federate I get this issue.

anybody else experience this issue, I did the following

Updated 10.3 to 10.4
- server
- portal
- web adaptor

but when I attempt to federate I get this issue.

managed to do it using the mydomain.com/7443/arcgis/portaladmin

Yes I have deleted the older version (10.3).

Yes the previous version of Server was federated with Portal.

Have you deleted the older version of ArcGIS Web Adaptor, and installed the new version of web adaptor with the same name?

Also let me know if the previous version of Server was federated with Portal. If yes, it is not recommended to un-federate the Server before upgrade.
