I'm attempting to get an MSA ID for a city within an MSA, but the service is not returning an MSA.

Here's the request I'm making Here's an example: https://geoenrich.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World/geoenrichmentserver/StandardGeographyQuery/execute?sourceCountry=US&geographylayers=["US.CBSA"]&geographyQuery=Name:"Irvine" AND MajorSubdivisionAbbr:CA&f=pjson

I'm expecting it to return the Los Angeles MSA, but no MSA is returned.
