Hi Mallikarjuna,

Collector for ArcGIS is an app that is included with an ArcGIS Online organization. Asrujit SenGupta posted a link for you to register and create your own ArcGIS Online organization so you could try it out, along with Collector for ArcGIS.

If you're not located in the United States, the post suggested that you contact your local Distributor.
