widget to add layer on the fly with info and images...

is there anyone who realized some widget like this??:

when u add a layer , it adds symbols on the map and when u move the pointer on one of these symbols it shows you data and image....really so nice...

That functionality is simply the LiveLayerWidget from the Sample Flex Viewer.
