Please help me with this task-errors betwen two areas in arcmap 10.2

Your task is to:
1.identified all errors using 19157 (details check out Chapter 7 - Components of Data Quality)
2.describe, demonstrate and explain all the error by using the prescribed form, as defined in section 8.5 - List of components (detailed in section 8.6 - Component details)
3.define possible errors that can not be classified into any standard 19157,
4.define and explain why the errors occurred,
5.find error is highlighted on the diagram mapping.

+ how to use slivers in arcgis 10.2?

This data is in MPK, tif and pdf + pdf of ISO stadard
