ESRIMessages.properties for 3.2 to 3.5 version of flex

I need ESRIMessages.properties for flex 3.2 up to flex 3,5 but I dont know how can I find it? please help me.

The ESRIMessages.properties file is located in the /locale/en_US directory that is part of the API download.
