How do I get the filters to work on the Citizen Problem Manager?

I have the filter applied in my Citizen Problem Manager web map

I also have the "Apply default filters automatically box unchecked" in the Configure: Citizen Problem Manager settings

However, the filter is acting as a static filter in the manager, and the filter button doesn't show up.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm missing?

Hi Brent,

What type of filters are you using on the web map?

If you set the filter to "Ask for Values", does the filter appear as you would expect?
