Pop-ups in Web Application

I am trying to display images in pop-up screen in Web Application. It works in ArcGIS online, but i dont know how to do it in arcGIS Manager. Also, is there any way to add arcGIS online basemap in arcgis Manager - web application?

I don't believe the ArcGIS Web Applications Manager (i.e., Web ADF app builder) supports creating pop-ups like in the ArcGIS.com Map Viewer.

Also, is there any way to add arcGIS online basemap in arcgis Manager - web application?
