ArcGIS Online Custom Roles, Geoenrichment in Maps for Office not working.

I have defined a custom role that gives all Geoenrichment ability to users in my Org, but no one is able to use Geoenrichment in Maps for Office? This was not the case before the July update.

Has something changed and how do I get this fixed?
