Since we moved to 3.7 merge points doesn't seem to be working. We added the patch and are now at 3.7.2 with same result. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just tested this in ArcGIS Pro 3.7.1 using a file geodatabase, and it’s working as expected.
Could you provide a little more information about your environment?
This information will help us narrow down what might be causing the issue.
yes, we are working with a published service. We are at 12.1. Points are not fixed.
@DavidKline, could you please check if the item below is enabled? I’m asking because prior to Enterprise 12.1, it would have been unchecked, but it should now be checked by default. It’s possible that when you originally published the service, it was created with this option turned off.
You can access the capabilities via https:// SERVICE NAME /server/manager/#
