Have the Download Filter honor the drawn polgyon or buffer rather than the drawn extent.

Currently, when a user creates a Location Filter by drawing on the map in Hub and filters them in the Download section, the download includes all features in the extent of the drawn area (all features in the orange box below).

Please configure the download filter to honor the actual drawn area (the triangle with 3 features) rather than the extent. What is the point of having a location filter if you can't actually get the data from it?

I've found that this primarily happens to me when I'm using large datasets. If I use a smaller dataset, it functions as LDreyfuss desires (where only the 3 points intersecting the drawn polygon are selected). I agree - it would be great if this functionality could also be applied when large datasets are being used.
