Pop-up only showing title for some users

Question

I was working with a user to help them navigate an app in Web App Builder. I noticed when they clicked features that the pop-up shows only the title bar, with all the other fields/attachments missing. It doesn't do this for me, and I've never seen this issue before.

User did say they were using internet explorer, and I generally use chrome, but when I tried in IE the pop-ups still look normal.

Since you are using an ultrawide screen via a virtual desktop (VDI), the application might think it is running on a much smaller mobile screen due to background scaling settings.Could you try this quick test while sharing your screen?* Click anywhere inside your web browser window to make sure it is active.
* Press Ctrl + 0 (or Cmd + 0 on a Mac) on your keyboard.

This will instantly reset your browser's zoom level back to the 100% default. Let's click a map feature right after that to see if the full pop-up box automatically stays open with all of your fields visible!

Thanks for the reply. The user actually has one of those huge "double wide" screens that are the default to hand out here. They are accessing the browser through a vdi, so that has a window which I assume is maximized, but I can check. I will also check they have the browser maximized, although it appeared to be during the screen share. Certainly there was plenty of visible room for the full pop-up. I know you can click the arrow to see the pop-up full screen, but it's not terrible convenient to go back and forth between the two. At least I know that the behavior is normally related to screen size or resolution, so thanks. I wonder if they have the browser window zoomed?

When I've experienced this in the past, it is because the screen size and/or screen resolution is too small for the pop-up to open by default. Clicking the arrow button on the right will open the pop-up full screen.

You can actually replicate this behavior yourself by making your browser window very small, and then clicking on a pop-up.

As far as your end user, they'll either need to make their browser window full screen (or at least big enough so the pop-up opens), or they'll need to get a bigger screen.
