Search for Lowest elevation in DEM around a point and return the lowest value

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to deal with this

"Head could be estimated by using spatial statistics functions that are included in ArcGIS.
These functions were configured to perform a search around a given point and return the
minimum elevation, which was assigned back to the search location. The search could be
conducted radially in 10 iterations at 500 m increments, from 500 m to 5,000 m."

I need to know how can i do this in ArcGIS......

Try combining Multiple Ring Buffer with Zonal Statistics.
