Field Maps attachments not uploading to Enterprise dataset

Hello,

I have an enterprise feature in a Field Map that allows users to add attachments to data they collect. This dataset has been in use for a year or so. Recently when adding attachments on Field Maps the attachments do not upload, but the new point or line and attribute information do. During troubleshooting I was able to recreate the issue the user is having with a strong internet connection. Any ideas why a dataset would suddenly stop accepting attachments via Field Maps? I am able to add attachments on Map Viewer. I republished the dataset and the issue persists.

Any troubleshooting I am missing here? Thanks!

@DougMorgenthaler My esri tech support person pointed me to this thread. But I'm not using enterprise. The ability to add attachments is not an option in FieldMaps when using our Samsung tablets but is an option on my apple phone. My feature layer in AGOL has attachments enabled. Any ideas?

Thanks for this! I decided this was my solution, took a couple long evenings this week but it's done. I believe Survey123 has needed "upgraded attachments", the EXIFINFO and KEYWORDS fields were have been necessary for a while, so I figured this was likely the long-term solution.

When I looked at my Field Maps logs, it was mentioning the KEYWORDS field so that's what drew me to this method.

@DavidSolari Can you confirm whether the affected maps have an authored form?

We have one issue in Field Maps (support) we are planning to address when converting from a pop-up in an upcoming update. If this is the scenario you're running into, in the interim if you create a form for the affected layer(s), e.g. Convert pop-up you won't need to upgrade your attachments table.
