Hi @DonnaBrowning , if you are still having this issue, could you provide some more details? Which course are you enrolled in? After signing in with your ArcGIS account, you should be able to access a course in progress from your My Learning Activity page on Esri Academy. https://www.esri.com/training/my-activity-record/
