ArcGIS Security and Privacy Advisor does nothing after i login

I am hoping to use ArcGIS Security and Privacy Advisor for the first time as i just became aware of it and it looks like a very beneficial tool.

So, I registered the app in Enterprise Portal and logged in on the opening screen with my URL and Client ID. It shows me as signed in and displays three options at the top of the window (Dashboard, Shared Credentials, Custom Server Functionality). But nothing happens when i click any of those options, and the screen just remains on the opening blue globe screen.

I know something more is supposed to happen so i must be missing a key config setting or something.

Looking for any advice on what i may have missed. Thanks.

Hello @LeeBrannon1, it seems like you got the setup correct. Just some common troubleshooting steps to check below. I just logged in on Chrome and it was working for me.

Is the account you signed in with an admin on your Enterprise?
Did you try a different browser?
Is your browser zoomed in our out from 100%?
What are the sharing settings for your associated Web Mapping Application? Mine is set to share with organization.
Did you populate the Web Mapping Application URL?

@Brian_McLeer thanks for the suggestions. Each of your items listed has been accounted for/addressed during my troubleshooting up to this point. I checked the Portal logs in Portal's admin directory webpage but saw no records referencing yesterday's failed attempts.

Sorry none of that worked @LeeBrannon1, all I think of now is creating a support case.

Agreed. Feels like a support case is likely the next step to identify the culprit - could be a specific Portal configuration item i did here that is not allowing the Security Advisor app to perform its examination of our site.

Also good to know, thanks @Brian_McLeer ! My team will be upgrading to 12.1 in a few months, hopefully, but until then it would be nice if Esri can get this app to work for us.

I am also having the same issue. It seems it is limited to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 only

Hey @LeeBrannon1 are you still running into this behavior?

If so, it may be beneficial to look at Developer Tools in the browser when signing into ArcGIS Security and Privacy Advisor. The Console tab in Developer Tools might show a CORS error.

If it does, a follow up question:

In Portal > Organization > Settings > Security > Allow origins. Do we already have a URL(s) listed here?
