Does Feature Linked GDB Anno Upgraded to Pro Lose Feature Linking?

Question

I Imported a Map from an MXD to create a new Pro Project - that contained GDB feature linked annotation.  I upgraded the dataset of the annotation in Pro.  (The annotation is House Numbers for an address map, where the FL Anno is linked to HouseNum data stored in the Parcel feature class).  When I edited the parcel data in Pro, updating its HouseNum data, that HouseNum_Anno did not update.

When you import a feature class as part of the MXD to Pro Project workflow, and upgrade the annotation dataset - does the new Pro annotation lose its feature linked relationship?

If you open your Catalog Pane in ArcGIS Pro, navigate to the geodatabase where the annotation is stored, you see icons representing feature classes, anno, maybe rasters and one icon that shows two tables with arrows going between them.  See image below:

Thanks for replying, Robert.  I'm not sure if the relationship class is there or not.  Can you tell me how to check that?

Question for you - when you see the geodatabase in the Catalog Pane, is the relationship class for the feature linked annotation there or is it missing?  Please advise.
