Listening for editing evens on the subnetwork line

I just have last thing to ask about "Update Subnetwork" function.

Actually, I want to know when user call Update Subnetwork on UN service. I try to use "Service Interceptor" but seem like it not support. Is there any way to listen to this?

If I draw Subnetwork Line on web map, I can listen by "Apply Edit on Service", but if I run "Update Subnetwork to create Subnet Line" it look like not call "Apply Edit on Service". I don't know how it different. My ideal: I want to user Partition in Oracle to filter UN service for each Electric Company with only one service. With device, line, junction....can update Field for Partition but for Subnet Line can not be update because can not listen when it happen.

Can you share any relevant information about this? Thank you so much.

Even if you could intercept that call, I'm not sure how you would achieve what you're looking for?

A simpler approach in this case might be to create an attribute rule that runs on create and update on the subnetwork line that reads the user partition information from the first active subnetwork controller for the subnetwork.
