External component has thrown an exception

Hello,

I am getting the "External component has thrown an exception" Issues whenever I run my ArcGIS Pro in my Desktop. I can not create new jupyter notebook or add the geodata file here.

Can anyone tell me the solution?

My arcgis pro version is 3.7 and i do not do any civil3d work in my software. so i can not tell is it related r not

What version of ArcGIS Pro is this? would it possibly be related to this bug here?
