ArcGIS Pro can't add portal and can't add arcgis server

Hi all,

I'm having below problem in a new VM in which browser access to ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Server admin all work but arcgis pro can't add portal and server admin at all. I checked traffic with fiddler and found it keeps connecting with HTTP '80' even though I specified url with HTTPS. Anyone has same experience before and share what's going on in that VM.

We have other VMs and all work fine.

Thanks for replying and offering ideas. The port 6443 is opened on that VM and able to send and receive. Another finding is on the VM, I also able to connect GIS Portal by arcgis pro python.exe.

You can connect to the ArcGIS Server using https from other machines, so the https support must be setup on the GIS Server. From your description it sounds like a firewall issue, is port 6443 open to send/receive communication from https://<your server>:6443/arcgis/manager/ on the VM?
