Solutions for Creating Schema Diagrams

Question

We need to share diagrams of our Geometric Network Schema and the Utility Network Schema we are moving to.

Does anyone have a program they recommend that can help with this. All that Esri seems to have is the Schema Report, which is useful, but is not a diagram.
