Issues with Map to KML

So I have these tracts I exported from Civil 3d did ive done it both ways (Mapexport) and (exportKML) thats not the issues. I then import the kmz file into a Map I had initially done it through arcgis online I got it all labeled and squared away. Then I realized I couldn't download it back into a kmz file so I opened it with arcgis pro desktop. Opened up fine here is the problem ive done Map to KML and layer to KML neither retains the text that comes with it when I try to send it out as a KMZ ill open it in Google earth which is where our client wants to see it as a kmz for Google earth. Ive called analyst we couldnt figure it out please someone tell me there is a way for text to be able to show this is insane.

Ah yes, my bad- google earth doesn't recognize .TPKX (just an ArcGIS thing).

If it were me- Open ArcGIS Pro and make sure your text is either annotation or feature class with labels. Then use 'Layer to KML' tool to export to .KMZ. Once complete, you can open the KMZ directly in Google Earth.
Also worth noting, Google Earth styling is more limited than ArcGIS and may cause some limitations.

Not sure if I am following correctly, but this may help. Labels are kind of wonky with KMZ and google earth, but I have had luck with changing the display text in the layer settings to be what you want the label to be and then export to KMZ:

Text in ArcGIS Pro is a fun one... If you actually want text or annotations on the Map, you have a few choices. I ended up turning all annotations into a tile package (tpkx) that I pay credits to store on the Esri server.

I've also logged the enhancement Ability to Publish Feature Class Annotations to hopefully streamline this process in the future.

I placed text while i was in arcgis online and then I opened the file in Arcgis pro (desktop) the deal is when I go to do Map to KML the polylines show but not the text so all the text I basically spent time on is gone. I dont know how to fix that. I tried turning the points into label/points and then did feature to point but then it does not fully retain its properties when I do Map to KML so I can open it in google earth as a KMZ

So I basically went back and used the Graphic Layer placed my text there and broke it up into different graphic layers for vertical text and horizontal text I wanted, then did Graphics to feature then Feature to point and then displayed the text on the point without the point symbol. I took it further and used a code to generate my vertical text so they would show up as overlays in google earth, there are alot of steps and go arounds but I was able to get it.
