It would be a lot more convenient if Tasks could recognize custom geoprocessing tools that are saved in a toolbox on a server without having to have it saved in the project. We typically save our toolboxes in "Favorites." It feels like a limitation that every user will have to first save the toolbox in the project file before the tasks will be able to see the scripts. I know there are work arounds, but it would be nice if these things interacted more seamlessly.
