Google Photorealistic 3D Basemaps for ArcGIS Online Personal Use Subscriptions?

I know there's recently been an update to ArcGIS Online.

In the “What’s New” page, I saw that Google Photorealistic 3D Basemaps are now available following this release.

However, when I sign in to my ArcGIS Online organization, I’m unable to see Google Photorealistic 3D Basemaps listed as a basemap option. I have also checked Organization Settings -> Map and Scene, but cannot find any setting to enable this feature.

I’m currently using a Personal Use account and I do understand that this capability is in beta. However, I haven’t been able to find any documentation indicating that beta features are unavailable for Personal Use accounts.

Could anyone please confirm whether this feature is supported for Personal Use subscriptions? If not, is anyone at Esri able to advise when (or if) it may become available?

Thanks for your interest in Google Photorealistic 3D basemap (beta)!

During the beta period, Google Photorealistic 3D basemap can't be accessed by Student Use, Personal Use, Education, Nonprofit, and Esri Business Partner subscriptions. There will be options to buy sessions in future releases later this year.
